Seniors continue athlete dance tradition for homecoming assembly
In honor of homecoming week, senior athletes meet to practice for their performance in the homecoming assembly.
“It’s fun getting involved and having fun with the people we don’t usually talk to,” Juliana Mangiardi, varsity cheerleader, said.
The dance is choreographed and taught by the varsity cheerleaders. It is performed along with a mashup of popular songs.
“My favorite part is being involved in something aside from cheer and it’s fun to watch people who don’t normally dance perform the dance,” Natalie Wollard, varsity cheerleader, said.
The athletes of the Class of 2017 will perform their dance at the homecoming assembly on Friday October 7th.
